Webinar: Networking - Access to business cooperation

    3rd June 2015, 2:00-3:00 pm

The way from an innovative idea to a marketable product often presents a major challenge. Most of the time, researchers face difficulties to overlook the whole range of possibilities:

    • Are there industry partners who can help?
    • Is there the possibility of a spin-off?
    • What (public) institutions can help me find a suitable partner?
    • Are there ways of financing?

We will present the so-called "warm acquisition", based on known networks, such as the BioRegioN, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and the company NineSigma. These networks have the advantage of acting bidirectional, which means both between researchers and companies and also the other way around (between companies and appropriate research partners). Furthermore, the company Ascenion will provide knowledge about the efficient use of innovative ideas regarding commercialization and technology transfer.

    Our interview partners are:

    Dr. Maike Rochon – BioRegioN

Melanie Albrecht – Enterprise Europe Network

    Patrick Ferran – NineSigma

    Ralf Cordes – Ascenion GmbH

Annika Buchholz – Medizinische Hochschule Hannover / BiomeTI e.V.
